Return conditions
At KP SHOES, we do our best to ensure your satisfaction. If an item isn't right for you, you can easily return it within 14 days of receipt. Returns are handled via La Poste, and a PDF return label will be provided to you by email—so make sure you have access to a printer.
Conditions to be met for the return to be accepted:
Items must be new, unworn, with no odor or signs of wear.
The original packaging (shoe box, protective papers, etc.) must be complete and in good condition.
Accessories and any gifts included in the order must be returned.
The original label must not have been removed or damaged.
Returns must be made in a protective package to avoid damage to the shoe box.
If the return does not meet these criteria, a partial or no refund may be applied depending on the condition of the item.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund at a rate of €5 for orders in France and €15 for the rest of Europe.
Exchange :
If you'd like to exchange your pair for a different size or style, please use our returns portal. Once your returned package has been processed, we'll send your new item. In the event of a price difference, the amount will either be charged or refunded.

Features of the Air Jordan 4 Retro Bred Reimagined
After the AJ1 and the AJ3, Air Jordan enriches its Reimagined collection with the legendary Air Jordan 4.
Unlike the Black Cement nubuck version released in 1989, this Air Jordan 4 Retro Bred Reimagined features a black leather upper, accompanied by tonal overlays, including the TPU cage on the side panel. Red and gray accents on the tongue, eyelets, and sole complete this iconic look. While the worn-in effect, characteristic of the Reimagined collection, is not present, a retro Nike Air logo adorns the heel, nodding to the heritage of this silhouette, which was last reissued in 2019.
