At KP SHOES, we do our best to ensure your satisfaction. If an item isn't right for you, you can easily return it within 14 days of receipt. Returns are handled via La Poste, and a PDF return label will be provided to you by email—so make sure you have access to a printer.
Conditions to be met for the return to be accepted:
Items must be new, unworn, with no odor or signs of wear.
The original packaging (shoe box, protective papers, etc.) must be complete and in good condition.
Accessories and any gifts included in the order must be returned.
The original label must not have been removed or damaged.
Returns must be made in protective packaging to avoid damage to the shoe box.
If the return does not meet these criteria, a partial or no refund may be applied depending on the condition of the item.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund at a rate of € 5 for orders in France and €15 for the rest of Europe.
Exchange :
If you'd like to exchange your pair for a different size or style, please use our returns portal. Once your returned package has been processed, we'll send your new item. In the event of a price difference, the amount will either be charged or refunded.
